This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “Personal data”) of the users (hereinafter, the “Users”) carried out by Aihunters UAB, based in V. Nagevičiaus g.3, Vilnius, LT-08237, Lithuania, (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”, the “Company”, “we”, “us" or “our”) across its mobile applications (hereinafter, “apps”).
We take responsibility to protect your "Personal data" which has the meaning as set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (further GDPR) in full correspondence with the applicable legislation. We are "data controller" for the purposes of the personal data processing under this Privacy Policy.
By using our apps, you understand and agree with the Privacy Policy, otherwise you shouldn’t download nor use our apps.
Our apps are designed for individuals aged 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect, hold, use or divulge any Information from children under the age of 13, unless a parent or legal guardian has consented to it. 1) Information you provide us directly
When you interact with our apps, we collect information that you provide to us. We also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. For example, when you contact customer support or communicate with us you may provide us your email or another information that we need to resolve your question.
2) Information we collect when you use our apps
Usage Information. We collect information about your activities in the apps. For example, we collect information about which features of the apps are used by users and how often.
Device Information. We collect information about your unique device identifiers (such as IDFA’s (if a user agrees to share it with us), device model and type, country as set by the user in the device settings, device language, device name, OS version, IP address, app usage (screens accessed, buttons pressed, etc.). All information we collect cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user.

We use third-party analytics tool(s) to help us measure traffic and usage trends of our apps. These tools collect information sent by your device. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular
Legal basis of data collection:
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contractual relationship with the User (art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR), including the Company legitimate interests to provide the services with its apps. Purposes: To enable Users to use the Apps; to fulfill Company’s legal obligations and any other obligation eventually arising from the authorities’ instructions; to process any request for information and/or clarification raised by the Data Subjects (also by allowing them to contact our support staff).
We do our best to provide you an amazing experience using our apps. We use the information received for that purpose as follows:

We will keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for our legitimate interests, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or regulatory requirements. After that time we will destroyed, delete or make all the information received anonymous.
According the GDPR and this Privacy Policy a user has the right to request from the Data controller access to and rectification or erase of Personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
